SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

We offer affordable domestic flat-rate shipping options (excluding international packages, read below for more details).

Orders under $5: $5

$5.01-$49.99: $8

$50-$100: $10

$100 & up: Free Shipping to Continental USA

For all domestic shipping, we ship via USPS First Class,  2- Day Priority, or UPS Ground, whichever comes out to be a lower rate for your order. We try our best to reduce shipping costs and will happily combine orders. We cannot ship UPS orders to PO boxes.

International orders ship via International First Class or Priority Mail, DHL, or UPS Standard. Rates and delivery time vary by destination and shipping costs do not include any duties and/or taxes that may apply.

If you would like to know the exact shipping price before purchase, please enter all the information needed on the SECOND page of checkout, proceed onto the third page, and the shipping cost will appear BEFORE payment information is needed. 

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and typically sent within a day or two. We hand package every order and inspect the jars for quality/imperfections before sending. Delivery takes about 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. If you need a rush delivery, please give us a call or send us an email, and we can try to accommodate if possible. 

We are not responsible for delays due to carrier pickups and deliveries.

What if I'm sending the jars as a gift?

Per customer requests, we can send the jars in an unmarked package, just let us know.

I haven’t received my order – how do I check the status?

Remember, it can take up to a week to receive your shipment. When you placed your order, an email was sent to the address you entered during checkout. Once shipped, you'll receive a separate email with the tracking number. 

If you need any updates on the location of your package, please refer to the tracking number that was sent to you. Our representatives only have access to the same information you do with these updates. You can also contact the carrier directly. 

If your package is lost or missing, you'll need to contact the carrier directly to see if it can be located.

We can file an investigation on our end, however we are unable to send a replacement package free of charge unless the carrier finds the claim in our favor and reimburses us for the package.

We have no control over the outcomes of the claims filed, cannot expedite them, and we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. 

PAYMENTS

Do you charge tax?

We charge New Mexico sales tax to New Mexico residents. Transactions shipped outside of New Mexico are tax-free.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Discover credit card payments.

Do you take orders over the phone or through the mail?

At this time all orders must be placed through our website. If you experience any problems please call us and we’ll resolve the issue ASAP.

How does the charge appear on my credit card statement?

The transaction will appear under our business name Infinity Jars.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you're unhappy for any reason and would like to return your order for a refund, you must notify us via email or phone about your return. A sales representative will provide a return mailing address. We do not provide a return label.

We'll also provide a return identification (RI) number, and important instructions on how to re-package the order. All returned orders must be shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of order date. We will not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions.

Once all items, including qualified free jar(s), are returned in good condition, you will receive  full refund minus a 15% restock fee and shipping and handling. 

Please allow 5-­7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed.

If you just need to exchange your order, we can gladly accommodate this request. Please send us an email or give us a call, a sales representative will quickly complete this task for you.  

Customer is responsible for return shipping and reshipment costs for any exchange orders.

 We are not responsible for orders returned to sender. If orders are returned to sender, we can reship the package however there will be a reshipment fee. 

We ship orders to the address customer inputs at checkout. If this address is incorrect, or unable to be delivered we are not responsible.

What’s the largest jar you sell?

Our largest jar is our 2 Liter Apothecary Jar. These glass-on-glass containers seal tight for the best long-term storage.

Why should I use Infinity Jars?

Infinity Jars are the premium solution for ANY of your storage needs. Our signature Ultraviolet Glass line is made of quality deep purple glass and are sanitized and treated with a dual coating process. The unique pigment filters out harmful natural light that accelerates decay, allowing UV-A and Infrared through, which preserves the bio-energy and potency of your goods. How can I purchase a replacement lid?

Yes, replacement lids are available in all sizes for only screwtop and bottles. Apothecary replacement lids are only available on a special request basis. Please send us an email for apothecary lid replacements.

You may find our screwtop and specialty bottle replacements on the left side bar selection. 

What are the care/cleaning instructions?

Infinity glass jars can be cleaned with mild soap and water or wiped with alcohol. Let dry before using. Our glass is 100% recyclable. Infinity Jars are made to last a lifetime, but if you do get a crack or break the jar, discontinue use immediately.

How can I open my Apothecary jar if it feels locked?

The Apothecary has a natural airtight glass-on-glass seal, please be gentle when you are closing and opening this jar.

 

To OPEN:

ROCK the glass lid back and forth (do not twist) and when loose, pull out lid.

 

To CLOSE:

Insert the lid, gently push down, and slightly TWIST it clockwise.

PRIVACY POLICY

Infinity Jars takes your privacy seriously. We collect simple Google Analytics and conversion data that tells us how you arrived on our site, and what pages you visit. We also collect your email and contact information when you choose to place an order. We use this information to update you on the status of an order and occasionally follow up to survey usage experience or mail out special offers in a constant effort to improve our products in the future. We will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
